Q. How much do deliveries cost?
We charge a flat delivery fee of ৳29 only for orders within Khulna city.

Q. What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Saturday to Friday. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the cut-off time.

Q. What is your policy on refunds?
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days via your original payment method or as store credit.

Q. What about the prices?
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may vary depending on market conditions. We always strive to keep prices fair, transparent, and competitive.

Q. Do you serve my area?
Currently, Bangali.Shop serves only Khulna city. If you are within Khulna, we will confirm delivery during order placement.
